Who operates this site

PumpKing is operated by Eirik Breen, Oslo, Norway. The public site is https://www.pumpking.lol. It launched on 24 August 2026. There is no separate company name and no official PumpKing Twitter account. The founder is on X at https://x.com/dunder_bird.

What you purchase

You purchase advertising: a public ranking slot on the board. Highest bid holds #1 until the next bid is $1 more. Minimum bid is $1 USD, in whole-dollar increments.

Delivery is instant and automated. After payment confirms, the listing appears on the public board. Rank can still be outbid after that. Paying does not lock #1.

You do not receive a token, an investment, a wallet product, or access to an exchange. Rank is advertising.

How ranking works

The Rules page at https://www.pumpking.lol/rules is the short version of the same mechanics. These terms do not replace it.

• Bids are whole US dollars, $1 minimum, $1 at a time.
• Paying less than #1 still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take.
• Enter the same contract address again to raise that listing. You pay the new bid in full. The listed rank is that new amount, not the sum of every payment.
• Listings are keyed by chain and contract, so two tokens never share a seat.
• A completed payment is what claims the rank.

Acceptable listings

The board is for on-chain tokens: protocols, memecoins, and other crypto projects. It is not for group chats or invite links as the listing itself.

• Submit a Solana or EVM contract address, a $TICKER, a pump.fun coin URL, or a DexScreener link.
• On checkout you can add an optional short pitch (160 characters), a website or Telegram link, and an X / Twitter handle. No HTML.
• We resolve the token from DexScreener. If we cannot resolve it, it will not list.
• Your listing is public, including the pitch and links you submitted.

No investment advice

A high bid means someone wanted the placement. It does not mean the project is audited, liquid, or endorsed. This is advertising. Do your own research.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, a recommendation to buy or sell a token, or a promise of profit.

Payment

Pay with MoonPay Commerce (wallet USDC/SOL) or Dodo Payments (card). Dodo Payments is used for the advertising fee only. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the listing and the amount, and you authorize the payment.

Bids are advertising. They are not a token, a refundable deposit, or a guarantee of rank. See the Refund and cancellation policy for when money may be returned.

Your content

Pitch text and links you submit are shown on the public board. Do not submit malware links, impersonate another project, or paste HTML. We may remove a listing that is not a resolvable on-chain token or that is used to abuse the board.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If a dispute goes to court, the venue is Oslo, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise. Eirik Breen operates PumpKing from Oslo, Norway.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
