Refund and cancellation policy

What you paid for

A bid is a one-time advertising purchase of a public ranking slot. It is not a token, a refundable deposit, or a guarantee that you keep #1.

The listing is delivered when payment completes. After that, someone can outbid you at any time. Being outbid is not a failed delivery.

No subscription

There is nothing to cancel after you pay. We do not enroll you in a recurring plan. A later bid is a new one-time payment.

When refunds apply

Advertising that has already gone live is generally not refundable. Checkout asks you to accept that bids are non-refundable and that paying does not lock #1.

We will refund a failed charge that still captured funds, a duplicate charge for the same bid, or a payment the law requires us to return.

How to ask

Email me@eirikbreen.com before you open a payment dispute or chargeback. Include the token, the amount, the time, and any Dodo or MoonPay payment id you have.

Chargebacks for advertising that already appeared on the board can reverse the payment and take the listing down. Talk to us first.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
