Who is responsible

Eirik Breen, Oslo, Norway, operates PumpKing and is the controller for personal data collected through https://www.pumpking.lol. For GDPR requests from the EEA or UK, email me@eirikbreen.com. There is no separate data-protection officer.

What we collect

We collect only what the product needs to show a listing and record that a bid was paid.

• Listings: contract address, chain, bid amount, optional pitch, optional website or Telegram URL, optional X handle, and the public token metadata DexScreener returns.
• Checkout: the bid, the token you asked to list, whether you marked the purchase as a business purchase, and payment identifiers returned by MoonPay Commerce / Helio or Dodo Payments after you pay.
• Logs: server logs from hosting (IP address, user agent, timestamps, error traces) used to keep the site up and to debug failed checkouts.
• Email: whatever you choose to send to me@eirikbreen.com.
• First-touch: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and document.referrer when those are present on the first visit. Stored in a first-touch cookie or localStorage for about 30 days, then copied onto the checkout intent and, after payment, onto the listing row.

What we do not collect

We do not store card numbers, bank accounts, or crypto-wallet seed phrases. Card checkout runs on Dodo Payments. Wallet checkout runs on MoonPay Commerce / Helio. Those processors collect the payment details they need to charge you. PumpKing stores that a payment succeeded, the amount, and their payment id.

Processors

These companies process data so the board and checkout can run. We do not sell personal data.

• Vercel: hosting, request logs, and Vercel Analytics for traffic and custom events (checkout started, listing paid).
• Supabase: database for the board and checkout intents.
• Dodo Payments: card checkout and invoicing for the advertising fee.
• MoonPay Commerce / Helio: crypto-wallet checkout.
• DexScreener: public market-stats API. We send a contract address. We receive public token stats.

How we use data

Listings are shown on the public board because that is the product. Checkout records are used to confirm payment, place or raise a listing, and handle a failed or duplicate charge. First-touch UTM parameters and the referring URL are stored so we can tell which directory or campaign produced a visit and a paid listing. We keep that first-touch snapshot in a cookie or localStorage for about 30 days; later visits without UTMs do not overwrite it. Logs are used to operate and debug the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run an ad-retargeting network.

Public board

Anything you submit for a listing is public while that listing stays on the board. Treat pitch text and links as public.

Retention

Board listings stay until they are outbid off the visible board or removed. Checkout records are kept as long as needed to prove a payment and handle a dispute. First-touch campaign fields stay on the checkout record and, once paid, on the listing. The browser copy expires after about 30 days. Server logs follow the host's normal retention. Emails you send are kept as long as needed to answer them.

EEA and UK rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you can ask what personal data we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, as far as the law allows. Public listings stay public while they remain on the board. Email me@eirikbreen.com. You may also complain to Datatilsynet in Norway or to your local supervisory authority.
